To register and maintain an active account on jlbcg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: jlbcg takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned subject to verification of the depositor's identity.

3.1 Registration. To access the full range of jlbcg services, you must complete the registration process and create a jlbcg account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jlbcg reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jlbcg. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jlbcg reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbcg login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify jlbcg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). jlbcg is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jlbcg reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you prior to any deduction.
4.1 Deposits. jlbcg accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. jlbcg does not accept deposits from third parties.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with jlbcg's AML procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jlbcg aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer s may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on jlbcg are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). If you deposit using a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees for which jlbcg bears no responsibility.
4.4 Refused Transactions. jlbcg reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law. In such cases, jlbcg will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing any further transactions.
Note: jlbcg does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside jlbcg's control.
5.1 General. jlbcg may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. jlbcg reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Changes to Promotions. jlbcg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jlbcg is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, jlbcg reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. jlbcg's decision in such matters is final. No winnings generated as a result of a malfunction will be honored.
6.3 Betting Limits. jlbcg may impose minimum and maximum betting limits on any game or market at any time. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted without prior notice.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jlbcg's customer support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. jlbcg's decision on all disputed game results is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbcg platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: jlbcg is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authorities. Players are reminded that using jlbcg for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gaming is a serious criminal offence.
All content on the jlbcg platform — including but not limited to the jlbcg logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jlbcg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlbcg platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the jlbcg platform without our prior written consent.
jlbcg collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the jlbcg platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlbcg implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jlbcg cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlbcg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlbcg platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 jlbcg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbcg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jlbcg does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 By jlbcg. jlbcg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
11.2 By You. You may close your jlbcg account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jlbcg's customer support team and allow a period of thirty (30) days for jlbcg to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
jlbcg reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For material changes, jlbcg will endeavor to provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jlbcg following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the jlbcg platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2 above.
